JULY 10-14, 2018
The Honourable Daryl Vaz works in the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation in Jamaica, with responsibility for the land, environment, climate change and investment portfolios. Vaz has served Jamaica in several capacities and is very involved in his community. He created a community enterprise called the Fruitful Vale Life Improvement Project which provides part-time employment, provides more affordable options of food and supplies for education institutions and more. He continues to fulfill his role as the sitting Member of Parliament for Western Portland, in which he has done so since 2007. Not only does he love and support his community but he is also a loving husband and father to five beautiful children. We are honoured to have Daryl supporting the Helping Hands Jamaica Foundation for our second 'voluntourism' school build in Port Antonio.
